Click on 'Housing;
Skip the postal code check (since it appears you are looking for flats which have reached MOP in general)
Once past that, you will have a map of all HDB flats in Singapore. Click on any block, and they will tell you the lease details. If there are no details, the 5 year MOP has not been reached yet.
