Can I still apply for a BTO even if I'm staying in a resale (yet to MOP), as long as key collection / TOP period is after MOP?

Is it possible to apply for a BTO even if I'm staying in a resale (yet to MOP)?

I'm afraid not; you can't do this while you're still within the MOP period, even if the key collection would be after the MOP.
