Hi, should I take up a relatively high paying job but short term or stay in an average pay job but can stay longer? Is having a high salary worth it?

Should I just stick out for this short term job and earn the high pay or stay in this average job but can stay longer?

How would you know that the high-paying job is short term? Is it a fixed contract? How would you know that the average-paying job is for a longer-term?

There are trade-offs in every instance, higher salary in exchange for your time (longer working hours possibly?), lower salary but you have to work longer years (?). Really depends on your life stage as well. If you have no other commitments, I would go for the higher-paying job. Strive it out until I have a family to take care of.
