Cardup and BigPay are alternatives but you need to weigh the pros and cons to that due to the fees that they charge.

Petrol and utilities i use 365 card. good if can hit min spend 800. if you buy groceries and the occasional makan, might be able to hit the min spend without too much difficulty

I know of HSBC EGA, which offers 1 % cashback for giro payment, with TnCs. Do check it out, especially if you already have HSBC revolution credit card.

For income tax and MCST, similar to insurance payments, you will need to rely on a third party platform like ipaymy or CardUp.

For petrol and utilities, I'm using UOB One. Here is my current deck and how I maximise the credit card rewards for my deck: How to Maximise Credit Card Rewards Singapore: 2023 Edition

4) Petrol-- Definitely via credit card as there are a lot of rebates to earn from this...
