Petrol and utilities i use 365 card. good if can hit min spend 800. if you buy groceries and the occasional makan, might be able to hit the min spend without too much difficulty

I know of HSBC EGA, which offers 1 % cashback for giro payment, with TnCs. Do check it out, especially if you already have HSBC revolution credit card.

For income tax and MCST, similar to insurance payments, you will need to rely on a third party platform like ipaymy or CardUp.
