HDB or Condo? Condo near school but far from parent who help to take care of children. Children have to take school bus home. HDB near parent house and children go to less ideal school?

Condo
-near mrt, 4 stops from parent house
-near ideal school

only negative is that children have to take school bus home
resale condo at canberra

HDB

near parent house
children wont be home too late after school
resale HDB at AMK

Depends on how self motivated your kids are. I have seen very good grades kids from average schools too.

I think it depends on your child’s personality. If he or she is the more resilient sort and is self-disciplined to do homework and revise in spite of a long bus ride, then condo. If he or she is not so determined and will benefit from your parents’ supervision, then HDB.

why is the school in AMK less ideal education-wise for you, btw?
