HDB grant income calculation

I would just like to ask if anyone know whether a PhD stipend/ allowance from scholarship will be taken into account as income for HDB loan or even for bank housing loan?

Hi! Based on the HDB website, if you are a full-time student receiving stipends regularly for the work conducted, HDB considers as income.

Allowance is not CPF payable but if it is stated in the income slip than good for you as your gross monthly amount would be higher .
