Made a simple calculator to estimate an HDB unit's average price, based on floor and size.

Useful for setting some expectations on price, but cannot account for subjective things like north-south facing, unblocked view, quality of neighbours etc. From the baseline price you can then ask yourself if you like it that much to pay X amount of premium.
