Personally, I have no clue how much my home is worth and neither do I ever refer to the flyers that are in my mailbox whoops…

So for anyone who’s perhaps looking to buy/sell a flat, you could use this tool as a starting point, if you happen to be as clueless as I am. Yes this applies for condominiums and landed property as well!

So in case you were wondering, you can use the Edge Fair Value tool to calculate how much your home is worth based on your specific home address and floor area of your unit.
