I went overseas for long period of time, was late to pay for the first time and was charged late fee and interests. Asked for fee waiver, but was told to pay first and claim later. After paying full amount, I went back to request for fee waiver, the customer service told me that no fee waiver will be given. On the hindsight, it is very sneaky, it schemingly tried to get you to pay in full so that you will never be able to claim it back as it will never be approved! Splendidly cunning! I wonder if the customer service are incentivised to not approve any fee waiver. Is it part of KPI? It's not that I m late regularly. Usually other banks allow fee to be waived first time. I have been duped. I will never trust this brand again. If u wanna sign up, make sure not to pay late. Else, need to pay 110 or more.....
