Has 2020's low-interest rates affected your decision to purchase property this year or not really?

I feel that there are some people who will not be affected but I myself, I didn't buy this year because of the unfavourable interest rates.

Ultimately, a home is still a necessity.

Given a low interest environment, it would have stirred people up to purchase a home not because they want but that they need to.
