Hi Seedly community! Just purchased a new launch condo (TOP 3 years later), am looking for recommendation of banks, wondering what interest rates is attractive. What rates are you guys looking at now?

Also, should I use up all my CPF OA? Or keep some in OA still? Thanks!!

Keep some as safety net.
If job loss you still can use cpf to pay instead of cash.
Else u have to hold large amount of cash, just in case.
Use combination of cash & cpf for monthly instalment.
