FSMone has recommended me to invest in Janus-Henderson-Horizon-Global-Property-Equities as my portfolio states for long investment yield. Is anyone familiar with Janus Henderson? Any advice?

Janus Henderson is a fund manager that is known for their property portfolio funds.

The JH Global Property Fund is like a REIT in a Unit Trust structure with also the mandate that allows them to buy property related stocks and not just physical buildings.

Property funds are usually used for income purpose as rental and dividends can be quite high and having some of your portfolio exposed to property can be a good thing.
