For Syfe REIT+ do i also get the portfolio return on top of the dividend yield?

Sorry im new to this and not sure how to read the earnings in syfe reit. My portfolio return shows 125 this month so just wondering if that is a value i can possibly withdraw to my bank account.

You can withdraw any amount anytime, except that you have to sell your units. i think you are asking whether the returns is in cash. if you had chosen reinvest option, syfe will reinvest your dividends by buying more units. so, your portfolio returns is not exactly in cash.
