Hi there and thank you for the great question. It is never too late to invest any funds but especially your CPF. You can technically leave your money in your OA for as long as you want and beyond 55 years old you have access to it. But if you are 50 years old then our life expectancy being 8590, you are likely to live for another 3540 years! Thats is a very long time and we would advise you to always remain invested. Adjust your risk level and asset allocation but always have exposure to markets through your CPF-OA as you have your SA, MA, RA for special needs and retirement CPF Life. ​​​
