For Revolut Europe users and Revolut users outside Singapore such as USA, and does the SGD transfer to Singapore OCBC/DBS account, are you charged with a S$10 from OCBC/DBS in Singapore?

Revolut does not charge you additional fees for transferring money, however we can't prevent a beneficiary or intermediary bank from applying a fee as the money is moved or received.
