I mean you can. But why would you waste your time? No one does that. If you make 10-20 transactions a month, would you wanna top your account back up after each transaction?
Save time, pay when the statement comes out. I emphasise, pay it on time. I normally pay my cc bills within a few days of getting the statement.

If you don't want to affect your TLSR, you can consider pay the bill in full 1 day before the statement comes out. Credit Card will affect the TLSR if you want to apply loans for car or house. Otherwise, pay within the credit terms after the statement is out is fine too.
