Does paying for insurance premium classified under eligible spending for DBS Altitude Credit Card?

I am intending to sign up for the DBS altitude credit card but the local spending criteria I am not that sure what falls under it and what doesnt as the website only state local spending referring to transactions which is in SGD. Anyone able to help clear my doubts before signing?

I will also like to open a multiplier account in order to gain higher interest for it but the categories are quite difficult to acheive meet.
