So I am considering getting a hospitalisation plan but I learnt that I already have income shield plan B. Is this enough? If not what are some plans I should be considering? any advice?

The best way to understand your needs will be to go back to the basics. Here is some information to help you.
Firstly, let's understand further about MediShield Life - a basic healthcare insurance programme that all Singaporeans and Singapore PRs will have: https://www.blog.pzl.sg/is-medishield-life-enou...
By understanding its coverage and limitation, we will consider if we will prefer to be covered with a private integrated shield plan: https://www.blog.pzl.sg/is-integrated-shield-pl...
For private integrated shield plan, we will decide if we are comfortable with coverage in government and restructured hopsitals only, or if we will prefer to have coverage in private hospitals as well. In most cases, the latter will be more expensive but you will have more choices of doctors and hospitals in return. This is especially important during emergencies.
Private vs Public Healthcare insurance: https://www.blog.pzl.sg/private-vs-public-healt...
For Income Shield Plan B, it is an old plan with limits of up to $150k yearly. As a result, you may wish to consider its adequacy in the long run.
Additionally, I will always advise my clients to consider the rider add-on for their healthcare insurance. Here is why: https://www.blog.pzl.sg/should-i-buy-rider-for-...
All things considered, have a clear understanding on your current coverage and its adequacy for the long-term. Know what you want and what you can afford. Then, speak with your agent or a professional who is capable of sharing such information to you to help you make an informed decision.

We'll need to know your age and profile.
But immediately I know that this plan was bought a long time ago as NTUC has improved their shield plans to the Enhanced Incomeshield options.
You may want to consider getting in that, the Advantage plan would cover government hospitals up to A Ward and the Preffered plan would be up to Private Hospital.
