Does gross monthly household income ceiling for HDB housing grants and loan include or exclude bonus?

Yet the others are right to point out that based on HDB website that the assessment of household income and credit assessment does not include bonus.

I have experienced rejection as well and it seems to suggest that the calculation has included bonus thou. Hope someone can share their personal experience.
