Does Cardup-Rent payment counts towards SIGNUP PROMOTION min spend for DBS Altitude Amex?

Looking to sign up for the DBS Altitude Amex with their 30k mile signup bonus. I'm planning to use this card regulary with Cardup for my rent payments anyways with the 1.2mpd (the Cardup website confirmed that Cardup is fine for DBS Altitutde)

For this 30k mile signup bonus, there is a $4k min spend in 60 days. I'm wondering if Cardup Rent payments itself will also qualify for this promotional min spend? Has anyone done something similiar before? Thanks!
