Do cardup transactions count towards DBS Multiplier Credit Card Spend?

I'm thinking of using CARDUP to do a monthly payment for my income tax to achieve a higher interest tier and gain miles at the same time.

Does anyone know if these CARDUP transactions count towards the multiplier spend?

I believe all transaction count. While you might not get any reward points or cashback on those transactions. (from my personal experience)
