Does anyone know if Syfe REIT+ allows users to view each of the REITs' performance individually on the platform rather than in terms of my overall portfolio return/time-weighted return?

Any advice?

Based on what I can see in the app, it will only show the allocation ratio of the individual REITs.

I don’t think they will break out the individual performance as this is a portfolio of REITs and is tracking the index in terms of the allocation. The returns of the entire portfolio matter more than any individual REIT. That’s the point of having a portfolio, I believe.

Since they do not allow selection of individual REITs or for customers to modify the allocation of the portfolio, it seems like a lot of work for not much gains and they may not do it.

You could use other tracking apps like Yahoo Finance and manually replicate your Syfe+ portfolio to see the individual REIT performance?
