Dividend Withholding Tax for Ireland domicile ETF Fund/bonds listed in LSE?

Is there a dividend withholding tax for Ireland domicile UCITS ETF fund/bonds that contains US stock and listed in the London Stock Exchange. I don't see any definite answer online. Some say that LSE is just a market and domicile of the funds are what determine the tax implications. Anyone knows??

It's 15% if listed on LSE instead of 30% listed in the US.
