Will I be subjected to 15% withholding tax on the dividend reinvested automatically from ireland domiciled CSPX ETF?

I am aware of the 15% withholding tax on Ireland-domiciled CSPX. However, CSPX automatically reinvest the dividends. As such, will I still be subjected to the 15% tax on the dividend?

Yes there will be tax on it even if accumulating fund.
