There aren't publicly available dental only insurance policies. Even our Integrated Shield plans cover accidental inpatient dental care only.
You'll need an employers group medical policy or an international health plan to provide dental benefits. And they are pricey.

Yeah, Hariz pretty much said it. If you are employed, your employer might have gotten dental coverage for the group insurance. However group health and surgical insurance is not mandated in Singapore, though highly recommended by MOM.
If you are looking at getting personal insurance for dental, I believe that the premiums will be pricey based on the nature of the policies that have such coverages.
