Is it possible for husband to sell remaining 1% of the BTO to wife after the BTO has reached MOP? Husband will buy another resale/condo after that. Can the wife hold the HDB if she has reached 35yo?

I think the only way for this to happen without ABSD is to have your name under occupier instead of co-owner, but take note that means only the owner income will be taken into account for HDB loan

Hey anon, unfortunately, you can no longer decouple for HDB flats, unless for very specific reasons such as divorce, death of an owner, financial hardship, loss of citizenship and medical reasons.
