Debit or credit cards for AXS payments that are eligible for cashback?

SCB will be changing new policy and so their debit card no longer allows for cashback when paying AxS txns. Any other banks???

I use trust card for linkpoints.. it's very little also

Many cards exclude AXS as eligible transactions for rewards/cashback.
