Hey Anon, you can consider joining an IFA. Depending on the environment some may not force you to keep up productivity and would allow you to do things part-time or at whatever pace you desire.

Joining a tied agency usually wouldn't, with sales targets needed to be met and an environment that is usually more micro managed.

Again there could be those different from the norm of course in both scenarios.

To do your papers, you can do them all in 2 weeks if you can learn fast, or a few months if you can't. But after that, as long as you receive your RNF code, you're good to go.
