Career switch?

I’m interested in a career switch but am not sure what to work towards. My main concern is I would prefer to be in shift hours (ie. work 3 days and rest 2 days) rather than working 5 days straight. Field to be either operations or training (open to others). Any suggestions?

I know that every hospital have this department called "Environmental services"(Housekeeping). They do hire administrators who are in-charged of the housekeeping operations. They have to work shifts. What is your background?
