I need some advise regarding career switch. I worked 5years 6months in my current company. before i was tied down with bond. My management ask me to go, i thinking of switching to IT, any advise

What is the switching cost? Go back to school, paycut.....

Is it worth it? 5 year of experience can apply for a more senior role VS restarting your career.
How many 5 years do we have....

Have to assess if u like IT. Maybe take some courses w practical to find out?
