My partner and I managed to get a queue number for BTO. Our combined income is 10k+ for the past 12 months, but we do not have a lot of savings or cpf as we started working only for 1-2 years.
HDB's criteria for CPF enhanced housing grants is <9k combined income, and therefore we don't qualify. Can we appeal to HDB to see if we could still get the grants?

They eligibility criteria for income is fixed.
IMO there is no way that HDB will entertain such appeals.
Also, being able to hit 10k household income in 1-2 years shows that you are more than capable of affording, the grant should be given to those who really needs it.

I doubt you can, HDB is quite strict on this..
