HDB BTO Enhanced Housing Grant ?

Lets say if I apply a flat right now with my girlfriend as the sole worker. Which will qualify us for 70k in EHG. Will this grant amount change if I start to work in about a year time when I graduate from university ?

The 70k wont change by that time provided you successfully applied for the house beforehand. the 70k can be transferred 50-50 or whichever percentage you two prefer and it will go into your CPF.
