Can I start investing small amounts, say $100 to $300?
I am still in uni but I would like to start investing! I am still new to this whole investing topic so I would like to get some advice.

Sure, you can with DCA. Just make sure your studies don't get affected when seeing your investment in red. One's head could swell too when portfolio in green.
Bear in mind, the primary investment now should stay focus on your studies. Develop secondary investment only when you have spare capacity - time.
