Can I buy a DPI that covers early CI? So far all that I have seen, covers only advanced and late stages.?

Singlife might have but I'm unsure. It's quite unlikely you're able to buy a standalone ECI policy directly unless it's like a cancer specific policy that pays a portion of the sum assured for early stages.
