Can anyone share their experience with Poems Cash plus account because I have seen not so good reviews on Google Play and I am deciding between Poems and Tigers

I use POEMS Cash Plus account mainly for unit trusts because it is zero fees (no sale charge, no switching fees, no platform fees). It serves my needs well. No complains so far.
