For the option fee, does anyone know how to pay it? Like cash/nets/paywave?
Also, on HDB's website under key collection stamp duty and legal fees, can someone explain what does HDB's roles (eg. HDB acts for you in purchase and mortgage) mean? If HDB does not act for you means you buy through property agent? I'm quite confused over this part.
Also, what is the mortgagee solicitor's bill and how much do we have to pay?
For mortgage in-escrow registration fee, when is it paid? Because it's not stated in their table.
