I hold several coins - eth, doge, nano, ltc and usdt.
All of them range between 250-750 USD each.
How and where should I transfer them?
Understand that transferring each coins will incur a transfer fee. Which sounds kinda expensive for such small amount of coins.
Can someone please advice?

Kucoin is decent I guess. Good range of coins, cheap fees, supports p2p. My advice is if you can, just onramp an equal amount of USD into your replacement CEX and essentially buy on your new CEX and sell on binance at the same time. Then off-ramp haha.
If you don't have enough cash for that, just wait for your Kucoin to be ready. Then liquidate all your coins into something with low transfer fees (USDT on TRX network should be alright). Then one shot send to Kucoin and buy back all your coins.
