Best way to transfer out of binance? Convert to stable coin then transfer or transfer as it is?

I have BTC, NANO, ADA, HBAR & VET. Planning to transfer to Kucoin or Huobi (Do give me an opinion if you have one, on which one do I choose).

When transferring out, do I convert to a stable coin transfer and re-purchase? Or do I just transfer as it is?
