I've been reading up extensively on options trading, and I feel that I have a good grasp of it, but would like to try out paper trading before I do it with my own cash. Any paper trading accounts for options to reccomend? Any advice appreciated. Thanks guys!

Generally, you can zoom in to TD Ameritrade (Thinkorswim or TOS), Tastyworks or IBKR.
TOS and Tastyworks has good visualisations on their options risk profile for beginners to learn the mechanics of option pricing. I don't know how else anyone will actually learn the initial ropes of options without a tool like this frankly.
IBKR has the lowest margin rates and will be suitable if you have sufficient capital. Not active on it, can't comment too much on it. But you will occasionally come across youtubers who pay attention to L2 connecting IBKR api with Dastrader.
