Best/cheapest to move money from UK to SG (GBP to SGD)

Hi I'm moving back permanently to SG soon and was wondering what's the best method to move my money about 50-60k£? Should i use Wise? Or should I withdraw some amount SG allowing up to 20k SGD cash and transfer in sg when the rates are better? Any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks!!
