Are there any guidelines to how much Careshield coverage I should get?

Careshield coverage is fixed. What isn't fixed, is the amount of additional coverage that you can get. It really depends on you.

In summary, you can opt to strictly stay below the Medisave limit of $600/yr, or if you felt you needed a bit more, you can go a little above and cash outlay can still be minimal.

There's no right or wrong here. It's what you feel would be a suitable amount of cover.
