I'm not on probation and am a full-time intern, but my company's HR department says I'm not allowed to take annual leave. However, MOM's website says I can take leave. Which is right?

Yes, you are entitled to take annual leave, as long as you've worked for your employer for at least 3 months. Note that annual leave for interns (and all other workers covered under the Employment Act) is legally compulsory (hence the term "entitlement"). Your employer cannot deny you this right.
β
Under Singapore law, interns are entitled to 7 days of annual leave, per 12 months of service. Employers will pro-rate this leave according to the number of months the intern will work for the company.
β
Interns are also entitled to paid sick leave. Outpatient (non-hospitalised) sick leave varies from 5 days to 14 days, depending on your length of internship. Inpatient (hospitalised) sick leave varies from 5 days to 14 days, or even up to 60 days, depending on circumstances. If you get injured or sick due to work (e.g. contract Covid), your employer must compensate you under WICA laws.
