Anyone using FSM platform to buy STI ETFs? If I want to invest 500/month RSP, do I put in 500 or 500 plus the 0.08% fee in the fsm cash account?

Just 500. The commission is deducted from the 500 you put in.

I would like to recommend you to look into other ETFs that are available on their list besides STI ETF such as VOO or VT as it has more potential of capital appreciation.
