Anyone used the new HDB resale portal yet?

Any reviews on HDB resale portal? How is it? User experience? can it wipe out property agents?

I use it on a weekly and monthly basis as a property agent.

It's just a tool to process the resale transaction after the match is found between buyer and seller...

So inevitably, going through a sales agent is a step before they get into this platform?
