Any special difference in Tiq Home insurance compared to the many other home insurance out there?

They all give the same benefits so I was wondering if this might have additional features or anything

Like many of the other home insurance plans, they have the basic coverge for building, home renovation, home contents. However, they have this enhanced feature called emergency cash allowance. How this works is that you will get $5000 within 24hrs in the event that uninhabitable due to any insured peril. All you will have to do is inform them when your house is inhabitable, get it approved and the $5k will be credited into your eWallet (which can be encashed into Paynow right after) by the next business day.
