Any recommendation on residential/home phone plans?

Realize most topics are on mobile plans instead.

Have current plan with Singtel, together with caller ID and would like to cut down on the expenses.

For residential home phone line (landline), Singtel is your only option.

Alternatively, most ISPs offer digital home phone line with their broadband packages for free or at a very low price.
