Amazon surprised me. AWS is back in growth mode, and their operating margin quietly hit 10%.
Apple felt a bit... stale? Lots of buybacks, not much innovation.
AMD had the biggest jump, IMO. Their AI chips are finally delivering — revenue doubled in data center.
Trimmed some exposure after earnings. I’m keeping some ammo on the sidelines (in Tiger, just in case) for opportunities that might come up over the next 1–2 weeks.
Anyone here rotating into new sectors? What’s your watchlist looking like post-earnings?

AWS is the number one cloud service provider globally. Followed by MSFT's azure and google. Being the number one is not by chance, Amazon was the pioneer in cloud computing, by investing heavily in the initial years as a side project. It reaps its handsome rewards years later. By the same token, with the current A.I. revolution, they have invested billions in order to be the leader, MSFT, google and Meta learning from their past underinvestment in cloud have followed in order not to be left behind.
It's a long term game. However, all this investment goes into the pocket of NVDA, the leader by far in the AI compute chips.
