Can someone living in Myanmar open an online SCB online trading account in Singapore to invest in US Stock Markets, without actually living here?

Hello, I am from Myanmar. May I ask if you that can open an online account to invest in the US stock market without living in Singapore? Please kindly answer and greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I believe it is not possible as the account application process requires you submit the form at the Standchart branch. And for US stock market, there is another form to submit which requires physical address details.
