Hi, I'm currently an 20 Y/O NSF. Looking to get a Govt Hospitalisation insurance policy. Looking to either AIA or AVIVA. Anyone got any opinions regarding these 2 firms, in term of experience with agent, claims, exculsion terms, etc.

Hello Alcander, I don't know much about AIA or AVIVA as I am personally from Great Eastern.
I would say the hospital plans in Singapore (in general) are the same in terms of cost and the benefits given. So what I would like to provide as a tip is to see if the client is someone whom you can trust.
Imagine getting a good and solid hospital plan but the advisor/agent not responsive when you want to claim? that would be sheesh (sh*t) man.
so I think for a start maybe you can ask yourself what kind of qualities do you look out for in an advisor? then see your social circle if you have any advisor friends that fit the bill!
All the best :)
